Here you will find information about shipping orders and returning products.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped to the delivery address you provide.

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation if applicable.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the carrier. If an order is delayed, we are dependent on the information and delivery from the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered

Have you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product? Please contact us as soon as possible via:

Please include your order number and, if possible, send a photo of the received product and packaging. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.

Returns

For an online purchase, as a consumer, you generally have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Do you wish to return an order? Please notify us within the cooling-off period via:

After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise indicated.

Products must be handled with care and, as far as reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the amount due according to legal regulations.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the product.

Exceptions

For some products, the legal right of withdrawal may not apply, for example, for products custom-made to your specifications.

If a product cannot be returned, this will be clearly stated before you place the order.
